Apparently I never did get to sleep the other day. Isaac told me I was sitting in the corner, rocking and muttering to myself. All I said, over and over, was "This has to end". I'm starting to get worried about my mental state so... I've started video taping myself. I'm not going to end up posting the videos on Youtube. Unless... Well, they start getting to the point where I don't know what the hell is going on. If I end up having another one of these episodes, I want to be able to remember what I did while I was out.
I don't think I'm going to be changing the name of the blog any time soon. Seems... suiting, right now.
So far, Isaac and I have no idea how track down this... light that was said to be able to fight off the... whatever they are. Until I find a better name for them, I guess I'll just call them the Slender Men.
I am more exhausted than I've ever been right now. So I'm thinking it'd be a good idea if I got some sleep.

ReplyDeletevideo taping yourself is a good way to remember whats happening especially if you are having black outs or are blocking out things. In all the information you got while at the carnival was there anyone there who said they were an "expert"? if so you should def contact them and get a meeting to talk about whats going on. :)

Taping yourself is a good idea, if I were you I would use something like a cellphone though so you don't look wierd if you go out in public.

ReplyDeleteConsidering the fact that Isaac hasn't been Tweeting lately, and TTW has only been posting in code, I don't think it's fair to assume that he's lost team members.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say the original content is "outlandishly retarded" so much as it is not fully explained yet. This is an ARG, after all, and not everything is going to make 100% sense right away.
I'm thinking the only reason he mentioned video taping himself and ISN'T putting them on Youtube is to AVOID copying MarbleHornets. In all reality, anyone who's been blacking out without any recollection of what he was doing during the blackout would want to KNOW what they did during the blackout. So the only logical conclusion WOULD be to video tape yourself.
It's not exactly fair to say that he's copying JAFool and MarbleHornets. All these ARG's are about the exact same thing. Slender Man. So all the Slender Man ARG's ARE going to seem alike. That's simply because they revolve around the same thing. Realistically, all these ARG's are within the same Alternate Reality.
Don't go commenting and saying that the guy's a "faggot" or that he's ripping off other ARG's, because this ARG isn't exactly finished yet, and all of it just might be set up for other stuff that WON'T seem like it's ripping of JAFool and MarbleHornets and WILL actually be pretty cool. Just because something isn't to your liking, doesn't mean you should go and diss it.
