It looks like it could be a date. 01-2010, as in this month, or 01-20-10 as the 20th of this month.
It's possible the 0 that is his head is actually not a part of the code..
With the placement of the numbers, I think it could be both. That said, if you're correct, it's 01210, which stumps me as well.

The first one is a significant one, the second one is a like. So it looks like 0120|0 or 0120/0But I'm willing to be its a date.
Isaac posted some 'codes' for his 'research' on twitter earlier. One of them is base64 followed by 012010. The base64 decodes to "To the Sun, to the Light, to the End"
